How to calculate your MMR and calculate your placement in season 4

I will now explain how the placement system works.

If you have never played ranked games before, you will start with 1200MMR since the average team's MMR is 1200.
For each win you will get 20-40 points and if you are lucky or skilled enough to score 10-0 you will become GOLD IV or V depends on the difficulty of the matches.

(W/L)Placement for a new player:

10-0 - (Gold IV/Gold V)

9-1 - (Gold V/Silver I)

8-2 - (Silver I/Silver II)

7-3 - (Silver II/Silver III)

6-4 - (Silver III/Silver IV)

5-5 - (Silver IV/Silver V)

4-6 - (Silver V/Bronze I)

3-7 - (Bronze I/Bronze II)

2-8 - (Bronze II/Bronze III)

1-9 - (Bronze III/Bronze IV)

0-10 - (Bronze IV/Bronze V)

As for old players, they can find their MMR for the new season using this formula: (MMR Season +1200)/2

for example (1389+ 1200)/2 =1294
which means that if you score 5W-5L at placement games you will be placed SilverIII-IV
